Gavin Joseph McRae was born February 4th, 2012 (4 days past his due date) at 6:37pm. 7lbs, 11 ozs and 22" long.... I had a rough labor and after 2.5 hours of pushing, Gavin took his first breath via c-section.
He has been an absolute joy in our lives... I couldn't ask for a more precious little man with such a loving soul. We have had our share of sleepless nights and experiences being peed and pooped on, but that is just one of the things you take in as a new parent.
Lil Mr. will be 6 months old this coming Saturday and it is hard to believe, I feel like I just held him in my arms for the first time yesterday. I am trying so hard to take in every little laugh, smile, tug at my hair and touch of his skin.
We are adjusting to parenthood well and it has been a blessing that Gavin has been such an easy baby... someday it may trick us into having baby #2.
